About EAHRHI: Ebenezer Akwanga Human Rights & Humanitarian Institute (EAHRHI) is a faith-inspired, humanitarian and human-rights organization committed to advancing human dignity, compassion, justice, education, healthcare, and sustainable community development. Founded in 2012 in Durban, South Africa, EAHRHI works across communities in Africa and the United States, with a particular focus on vulnerable children, families, persons with disabilities, underserved communities, and people affected by poverty and humanitarian challenges. Through the provision of medical equipment and supplies, educational resources, food assistance, mobility support, Christian literature, social services, youth empowerment initiatives, and community-based interventions, EAHRHI seeks to transform lives and strengthen communities. Guided by its motto, “Reaching Hearts… Touching Minds for a Better World,” EAHRHI believes that meaningful humanitarian service must combine compassion with practical action. Inspired by the biblical call to love God and love our neighbours and to serve those in need, the Institute works to turn faith, human rights principles, and humanitarian values into tangible expressions of hope and service. EAHRHI welcomes partnerships with governments, churches, schools, nonprofit organizations, businesses, foundations, communities, volunteers, and individuals who share its vision of building a more compassionate, just, educated, healthy, and humane world - one heart, one mind, and one community at a time.
